The movie Friday After Next takes place in south central California were two African Americans by the name of Craig and day day get robbed by a black man disguised as Santa clause. The two men lived in an apartment complex were a lady named Mrs pearl is the slumlord and and she threatens to evict them if they don't pay there rent money on time. But they don't have the rent money because fake Santa clause robbed them of their rent money.So to gain there rent money back they work as top flight security guards but got fired the same day.So to get there rent money still they had a rent party and charged to get in. After the party they found fake Santa clause after a brutal chase down and got there rent money and other stuff that he stole from others. The reason I chose this movie is because its a black comedy and very interesting.It shows the black community in south central in a different point of view.I love how the director put the plot together and hoe he built up to the climax part.
I've only seen Next Friday and I personally think it is a very funny film.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love all the movies in the "Friday" series and think they are hilarious ! I can really relate to the plot of the films and on top of that they keep me laughing. I think this is very important in a good film, if the writer can keep it's audiences attention. When watching Friday After Next I stay hooked.
