This is a scene from Ace Venture: When Nature Calls.
The film is a famous comedy film from the 90's starring a goofy character named Ace Ventura played by Jim Carrey. The character is hypersensitive about animals and takes offense to people neglecting them. The set takes place at a fancy party with many people dressed up sophisticated. While meantime Ace Ventura is dressed casual and silly obviously not fitting in with the rest of the crowd. Ace sees a couple, one is dressed like a pompous sophisticate with a monocle while the lady is dressed in a fancy dress with a fox skin. Ace takes offense to this by commenting on the fox skin then calls the man "The Monopoly Guy" due to his look. Then Ace punches him knocking him out and treats him as an animal skin and literally wears him around his shoulder. The reaction shot is of people in disgust as Ace dances with his "Animal Skin". Meanwhile the score is is of classical music that matches a dance or a fancy party.
