Mystic River
I thought the movie was okay for a crime and mystery movie. I thought it was interesting on how they made you think that one person was the killer when it was actually someone/or two someones for the people that haven't finished the movie yet. The film shows how one event can effect someone so strongly. It can also effect the people around you when something bad happens. It also shows that we should not jump to conclusions about things till we have all the facts. I think that all the characters had their own problems that caused the things that happened the way they did in the movie. I feel that Dave was the one with the most problems after what happened to him and then it was Jimmy that was the one with the second most problems. I only say Sean have three problems. The three problems that I saw was the problems with his wife, solving his friends daughters murder, and what they all have in common the results of what happened to them when they were younger. One of the scene that is stuck in my memory is when Jimmy kills Dave. The reason why is because if Dave was really the killer I get why Jimmy did what he did and why he was upset when he found out two boys did it. There are many moods in this story but the three main ones I saw was sadness, regret, and anger.
