·         I believe the writer,Shawn Holton, has enough examples and statistic to support his thesis in “Going Green” essay. For examples, in paragraph the writer brings examples to support how going green can save money in colleges and universities. In addition, in the same paragraph he uses statistics of reducing electricity’s bill by using solar panels in University of South Carolina. For his second sup pointing paragraph he mentions example of Carnegie Mellon University and University of California.
·         Yes, the writer brings at least one example or statistic either for his support paragraphs or for his refutation. For examples, he uses the University of Colorado for his first refutation with accurate citation which he mentions in the last of the essay.
·          Yes, the sources are update mostly from 2007, 2008years ,and they are from reliable recourses like New York Times and from American College and University President of Climate Commitment.
·         The recourses are completely relevant ,from articles like “Keep the Green Agenda off Campus”, “A Call for Climate Commitment” , “The Greening of America’s Campuses”, and “A Green Curriculum Involves Everyone on Campus “by Peterson, john. However, for giving even more credibility to his argument, the writer should mention the specialty’s of articles’ writers.
·         No, there is no source oppose of the author’s thesis in this article so writer could consider as being bias here.
