michel obama begins her essay with a link to the average american citizen. she explains how her and Barrack were raised in a non-wealthy family, how they had financial problems like every other american. she explains how her father was sick and did his best to send her and her brother to college, and how her father had the courage to wake up in the morning fighting to go to work for his children. she wants the people that are listening to her that she understands them, that she was in the same situation, that barracks purpose is to help others on their path to succeed. in order to accomplish that barrack helped the ones that are in need. lowering tax rates for small businesses, making others find decent jobs to live without money problems etc... she explained that succeeding in life wasn't having a lot a money, it was about finding a way to help others succeed like others did. Michel Obama made people see that she was locked from the same door thats blocking our people to succeed and she is willing to help them open it to succeed in life. she concludes that helping others rise was Barracks goal, helping the people was their main goal.
